Happy Mother's Day Anita Danilla Abid - You Rock !
Being a full time mother is one of the highest salaried jobs...since the payment is pure love -- Mildred B.Vermont.
This year I dedicate Mother’s Day to Anita Danilla Abid, an angel from Kajang, Malaysia. A funky Mama. A spiritual woman. She has unconditional love that reaches out to the unfortunate and children of a lesser God. With Anita, she gives her best when you least expected it.
Anita is currently one of the Guardian Angels at the Rainbowkidz House in Bangi, where she attends to pre-school children from a better background. A typical benevolent celestial being, Anita’s motherly approach to any human that is in contact with her bear’s significant fruit. It can be a project that they are working on, a simple birthday event (which she never forgets) or even assuming the role of a Stork – she delivers joy to childless couples.
This simpleton wears many hats. She is a typical Mother, Amma, Mommie or Mak. Anita Danilla Abid, I m happy to have known you even though I have yet to meet you in person. You were there for me as a friend, a sister and most of all with your Motherly Love for my children and I. God Bless you.

Goal of the Week - GAIN MY CONFIDENCE
You will become as small as your controlling desire; as great as your dominant aspiration – James Allen
This morning I took the challenge of going into Taiping town on my own and my two toddlers. No big deal about that right? Well in my bionic being, it is one helluva big deal. You see my two toddlers between 3 and 4++ yrs old they are more than a handful to care for. It is a big challenge for me to handle them on my own without any help from anyone. Yet I was determined to get into town and run some errands. Yes, I got the cab. No, I can’t drive just yet but we finally got into town – on our own after all.
Our love and hate affair with Taiping only started some nine months ago. We are still grappling with life in the countryside. My children are still going through withdrawals from the effects of being confined in these four walls. They don’t see nor interact with that many people in their daily lives. Even if they do the locals don’t understand the lingo they speak. However consolation is the house that we now call home. Inside these four walls, the children have a different life. The almost 30 years old house somehow has its own cooling system. Out there in the heat, my kids would melt. Day in and Day out we live our life learning through our only connection with civilization – the internet.
So you can imagine going into town with these two in tow is almost like holding the reins of two powerful buffaloes. They were like caged animals on the loose.
I supposed this challenge came in the wake of Sadik’s webinar yesterday, when he urged participants to have confidence in whatever you do. Mohd Sadik is an old hat with Vemma Asia and he has reached the rank of an Executive after only two years in the business. His style of presentation yesterday was easy to follow as he injected humor in the mundane subject of product knowledge at the 11th hour last night. I listened closely and the word ‘YAKIN’ (Malay) or confidence that he glibly uttered kept drumming in my ears.
I home-school my kids. This week we will use and act out on the word Confidence. Set weekly goals at the beginning of the week and targeted to achieve by the end of the week – with confidence.

The Increasing Importance of Webinars
Late yesterday evening I was invited to a Trial Webinar conducted by Shah Rizal Shamsuddin a leader with Vemma Asia. I immediately dropped and closed everything that I was doing and logged into the site. It is important to attend a webinar or web seminar as it’s an interactive online session. I haven’t interacted on my online business with that many people over the last month and attending one can be productive networking.
It also gave me an insight on the reactions of newly paid members of this product and how they manage their business. There are a few that has yet to fully understand this superior and possibly the most powerful antioxidant for this 21st Century. My wish for them is to read, read and read. There are a few that’s non-committal. Meaning non- interactive heads.
Webinars is still new in these Asian shores. Not many people understand how it functions or what is the best way to take advantage of such mechanism. However before you attend the next webinar it is essential to understand a few guidelines.
Benefits of attending a webinar
To those that is not familiar with webinar. You can rest assure what you can gain from it includes audio, presentation slides, screen sharing, white boards and a wide range of other types of content.
To those that is not familiar with webinar. You can rest assure what you can gain from it includes audio, presentation slides, screen sharing, white boards and a wide range of other types of content.
1. It is an absolute short cut of reaching out to the mass of target audience that has been unable to attend to the Business Previews conducted at the main venue.
2. It reduces travel expenses, lower costs for participants living out of the city range.
3. It is a most effective training as it almost seemed as though the tutor is attending to you personally.
4. A better understanding on the product knowledge, its compensation plan, marketing strategy, etc; for the pre enrollees or newly paid members.
To fully utilize a webinar session participants are encouraged to:
1. Interact productively, ask intelligent question
2. Get a list of your questionnaire ready
3. Invite other people with similar interest
Participants need to avoid:
1. Unnecessary chats that is irrelevant to the session
2. To close other interactive online sessions like Skype, YM, etc
3. Vulgarities or abusive language
4. Making fun of others
Why the need to adhere such rules? When there are too many noise or interruptions online during the webinar, chances are the audio will be challenged. In short you can hear but the audio can be unclear or wavy. It important to understand simple rules in order to gain the best of the webinar.
A webinar session can go for an hour long and during that crucial hour. Be attentive to the session. You can participate during the Q&A session when the tutor announces it. When you voice out your needs, opinion or comments you are interacting with the tutor and others online. It is a healthy exercise in Social networking. It also provides satisfaction to the person conducting the session. As without a two way interaction during a webinar session it is akin to talking to oneself. Now that would be sad; wouldn’t it?

Successful People Add Skills To Improve Their Lifestyles
Recently, someone from a vocational school here in Perak, Malaysia approached me to devise a teaching module for the below average school leavers. The module is on Communication English targeted for school leavers in need for added skill. It’s a subject that needs serious attention when almost 90% of the Gen Y (between the age of 18-35 yrs old), cannot speak in English. These below 70 IQ school leavers are destined to add up to the numbers of unemployment and hard core poor in suburban areas in the north of Malaysia like Kedah, Penang, and Perak.
What do you do to assist them to have an added value to their skills (if they have any) when they need to be out there in the real world? They will be competing against the other races like Chinese and Indians whom do not have issues understanding spoken English. Though the non Malays would still grasp a sentence in English the Malays would avoid it totally. It is frightening to witness this typical scenario if you were to go to a shop (any shop) to get service.

This group of student does not have a chance to get into college. With levels of IQ that questionable, exam results that can make you cringe - they just can’t make it. They need skills to get somewhere in life. Simple vocational or technical skills like ability to sew clothes or working in a workshop are the two main areas where they are likely to get a job out of Kuala Lumpur the capital of Malaysia. Yet even in this miniscule area when there are not many workshops for cars, the items, engine usage like for example carburetor, exhaust pipe it is in the English Language - so you see... you can’t avoid English. It is all around you unless you want to continue staying in a cave and avoid civilization totally.
What about MLM on Line Marketing? Can such 21st century online business survive in this totally non English speaking community? Almost 90% of these superior Super Duper products are not from Malaysia. They come from countries that are advanced in technology and trade. Language used is the international standard business English. All materials used to communicate like product knowledge, marketing tools, clinical studies, product comparison, marketing strategy are just an example where you need to understand English better to make full use of it. Otherwise the whole purpose of having Automated Response Letters like the ones used in most online marketing business failed to exercise its importance.
Shah Rizal Shamsuddin http://www.smartsuccessline.com/
There are two high achievers Mentor in the MLM On line Marketing that has gone out of their way to ensure their down lines understand the business better. Shah Rizal Shamsuddin and Zulhaimi Sabran both highly positive and turbo charged leaders would translate the manual or any article material for their down lines. Shah Rizal and Zulhaimi's presence on line is almost akin to the online dictionary, they are there for you to ask any question. These dudes are helpful, consistent and innovative. Just ask and they have answers in within minutes. All these materials are prepared for you to understand the subject better.
Zulhaimi Sabran http://www.2senang.com
Yet to be successful in anything -- one need to constantly read and understand how the ones before you made it. It’s a matter of duplicating with dominoes effect. It would take a longer route and many wasted hours of trying to outsmart an already devised plan. Like they say - Keep it Simple. Stick to the plan.
The Bigger Guru that has achieved a Bigger Kahuna like Darren Hardy whom at 23 yrs old made his first million. This Industrialist of Human Potential, publisher of Success Magazine and many more hats --
Definitely has a website. It is in English and I doubt it Darren Hardy would translate his twice a week class just to fit into your lack of English.
Darren Hardy and BK Borenko
What about the late Jim Rohn, America's foremost business philosopher? There is a Jim Rohn Daily Quote still very much active today even after his passing. It is an excellent DAILY motivation factor but it is also in English.
BK Boreyko the CEO for VemmaNutrition Company. He obviously has a blog and it fits it all. Not only he is consistent in his posting - he would update his photo blog as well.
Now just follow these superior high achievers. Read, follow or tweak what they have to say. But...if you can’t speak or even understand the English language, how do you communicate? How do you interact?
If you have plans on making it big, plans on elevating your life style. You need to upgrade your intelligence by improving your command in the English language.

THE WAITING GAME IN MALAYSIA MLM
Waiting for the fish to bite or waiting for wind to fly a kite. Or waiting around for Friday night or waiting perhaps for their Uncle Jake or a pot to boil or a better break or a string of pearls or a pair of pants or a wig with curls or another chance. Everyone is just waiting. ~Dr. Seuss
Time stands still in this part of the world. Not many people make plan. Neither have they ever heard of Time Plan. A calendar is only as good as the numbers on the pages otherwise it is never used for any other purposes.
Just step out of Kuala Lumpur the city, everything else is almost close to being primitive. There is no development. Dont be fooled with infrastructures and Super Universities erected in the middle of some Rainforest. The mindset of a majority of its people is still stagnant. They are always waiting for something to happen but they can never make any solid decision.
Try introducing some super duper liquid antioxidant like Vemma. Chances are next to nough -- not only the price tag is overwhelming for the local folks, they hardly go past the usual vitamin C issued by the local goverment hospital. Here anything more than RM5 ( USD1.70) is already an expensive item - leave alone this superior product that can help change their health and wealth to a betterment.
There are many households that boast of family members thats unemployed. A favorite quote, " ahh my daughter if she didnt do well in school - can always get married... what !"
So naturally there are many women thats unemployed, stays at home and do @#$%- all. Even the married ones are just content to day to day mundane housewife duries but never able to make anything for themselves.
Up North of Malaysia, States like Perak, Penang and Kedah - here lies the highest categories of middle age women that wants to do something for themselves. These are hard-core poor states of Malaysia and if you take a closer look at the women entreprenuers there. You will be surprised to see the successful ones there are usually IT iliterate, dont speak no English, very little marketing skills but what they have is excellent Networking and Communication Skills.
Just these two important skills to have to survive the 21st century MLM Marketing. They dont play no waiting game. These women are robust and they mean business.
They play the Power of the Mouth ..ehem if I may say so myself. They work hard and they form groups to synergise. It takes only one person smart enough to gather them together and walla...they have a team.
